This website is operated by Pixels Logo. Throughout this site, the terms used “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pixels Logo. We provide all the services mentioned on our website to you upon your compliance to our Terms & Conditions.
SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
Everything on our website is copyright and trademark property of Pixels Logo. You cannot duplicate, sell, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of our property moreover, you may not use our services and products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. Pixels Logo reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time. If you don’t want to comply with our policies, then please don’t do business with us.
One thing that is of utmost importance is that both parties, Pixels Logo and the client should be on the same page and should agree not to criticize each other and any of its employee, associate/s or partner/s publicly (on online forums, blogs, social networks, etc.) at any time during the contract period or once the contract is over. In case of breach or no compliance with this condition, the breaching party must pay a reasonable sum decided by the non-breaching party as compensation to the damages done.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Pixels Logo offers a wide array of digital services, which includes animated videos, voiceovers, logo designs, website design and development, along with social media marketing however, we are not just limited, as our services expands to other spectrums, you just tell us what do you require and we will be able to cater you according to your needs. If any change in prices occurs, we will first notify you about it, so you can take a proper decision.
SECTION 3 – REVISION POLICY
Revisions will be catered according to the package you have selected. Revisions turnaround time will be 48 working hours however, it can be changed on the basis of the client’s requirements and feedback.
For animation videos, the revisions will be catered to according to the package you have selected. The client can approach us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise the animated video for no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. Pixels Logo reserves the right to refuse any changes or revisions to the animated videos. If Pixels Logo accepts the terms of revision for the animation video, the revision turnaround time will be at Pixels Logo’ discretion.
*For Unlimited revisions, it is important that the initial design and concept have to be the same. The customer cannot ask for a redesign once an initial concept has been approved.
SECTION 4 – REFUND POLICY
Please read this carefully, as it holds utmost importance.
Refund will be provided if:
- You think or find that the idea, concept of logo, video, content, web design is stolen from any source, then provide proof.
- No revisions are done to the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved.
- The initial concept, design, idea or draft are disapproved
Refund will not be provided if:
- Once the project enters the revision phase.
- Terms & Conditions or Policy is violated
How to claim your refund?
Simply Contact your Customer Support Manager via email, live chat or contact number, address your concerns and everything will be taken care of.
5.1: Refund on Logo Packages
Refund on logo packages will be provided if:
- Demand for refund is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, then you would qualify for a full refund (excluding 10% administration and preparing charge).
- The refund request is made within 5 business days after the initial design, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (excluding 10% administration and preparing expense).
Refund on logo packages will not be provided if:
- The refund request is made after 5 business days and within 12 business days after the initial design delivery, you will only be eligible for a 33% refund (excluding 10% service & processing fee).
- 15 business days have passed after the initial design delivery. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction so you are requested to reach out to us so we can address your concerns.
- The final files of the logo have been delivered.
5.2: Refund on Website Packages
Refund on website packages will be provided if:
- Demand for refund is made before the delivery of Initial Website Mockup then you would qualify for a full refund (excluding 10% administration and preparing charge).
- The refund request is made within 5 business days after the Initial Website Mockup, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (excluding 10% administration and preparing expense).
Refund on website packages will not be provided if:
- The initial design mockup of your website has been revised. No refund request will be approved after 10 business days of the Initial Website Mockup. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction so you are requested to reach out to us so we can address your concerns.
- The client has approved the website design and the website is sent for development.
- Websites have been developed and uploaded on test links or actual domains, no refunds will be entertained. Pixels Logo will only be liable to troubleshoot problems (if and when) the customer has subscribed to web support services.
5.3: Refund on Custom Packages
- For custom bundles, our refund policy (as stated above) will apply individually to each service of the bundle.
- No refund request will be approved after 10 business days of the Initial design. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction so you are requested to reach out to us so we can address your concerns.
5.4: Refund on Marketing Packages
All of our Social Media Marketing Packages, SEO Packages and other marketing-related projects are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5.5: Refund on Domain & Hosting
- Services including domain, hosting, SSL, and other related services will not be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. Pixels Logo holds the rights to domains & hosting that have been purchased via Pixels Logo.
- No request for refund will be approved after inaction by the customer after 7 business days. If you wish to restart the order, you will be charged a fee contingent upon your venture.
- No request for a refund will be approved if the customer is unresponsive at any point of time for 10 business days.
- All refund requests should be made to the support department. Pixels Logo reserve the right to approve or reject any refund requests based on a case-to-case basis.
- Money-Back Guarantee depends on that the request is set in accordance with some basic honesty. Where a client has placed design orders with more than one agency for the same job, intending to claim a refund, Pixels Logo does not consider this to be in good faith. In such instances, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
- All design jobs require client input before finishing the design which is why the customer must be active throughout the process and give feedback to get the required results.
After asking for the refund, you have to agree to a 10% processing fee deduction from the order amount when the refund is processed. Refunds are issued within 8 to 10 business days from the day that the cancellation was requested. Additionally, you have to acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any Response or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership of the project.
- To the mentioned account, on the date stated, on Order Confirmation, the complete order will be sent moreover, we will send you a confirmation email.
- The turnaround time will be according to the package, the minimum time required for the initial logo concept is 48 hours, for websites it usually lies between 24-48 hours and animated videos are dependent on the duration and other steps.
- It takes around 3-5 working days for the Initial proposal for application to be ready.
